Exemptions from real estate education for lawyers
On. your web site it says that if you are a member in good standing of the Utah state bar “and qualify under the Utah State licensing act” you are exempt from taking the education before the exam. What is the Real estate licensing act in Utah and what do you need to qualify? I am a member in good standing of the Utah State bar. Can I just pay for the exam and take it without doing any of the 120 hours of education?
Thanks for your time.
To the best of my knowledge you would have to just take the exam and pay the exam fee. I think you have to fill out and submit an education waiver request though…
