Firm 1120s without income and expenses
My son opened a S-Corp (LLC taxed as S Corp) on November of 2017 he is the owner and single member. He didn’t have any income and expenses.
I know he needs to fill the form 1120s, but I want to know how to do it. I want to help him because we don’t have money to hire an accountant because during 2018 he didn’t make any income yet. I need to know if I just put zeros in everything.
