I am looking into renting a space for personal training purposes. I need help with finding a space for rent that i can use as a small fitness center to get my feet wet before I am ready to buy and start my own business. Would this be an option?
Thanks for visiting our site and posting on the forum. Unfortunately, we don’t offer services to help with finding commercial spaces. However, I recommend checking on sites like LoopNet, or BizBuySell and then working with a local commercial real estate broker in your area. You could look for someone who wants to sublet their space or you could share a space with a larger gym to save on initial overhead costs. Just make sure that you have a lease in place and that the building is zoned for your type of business. I wish you all the best in your new business venture.
