Flipping houses
Hello,
My name is Aldrick Cooper and I am trying to get in the business of buying and flipping homes. I would be considered a first time purchaser and was wondering if you could tell me how I could begin the process? I currently do not have the funds to be able to purchase myself, I am looking for an investor that could possibly purchase the home and I could re-pay after I have remodeled the home and it has sold. Please let me know if you could be of any assistance.
Thanks,
Hi Aldrick:
That’s exciting that you want to start flipping houses. I suggest checking out the articles in our real estate investing section and you could join a local real estate investment group to meet a potential partner. Another low cost option to get into real estate investing is wholesaling, but be sure to check out any state and local laws around it. Hope that helps.
All the best,
Allison
