I recently established a LLC and I made a mistake while applying for EIN I check the Form-720 option and in my EIN confirmation letter it says I am required to file Form 720. But actually, I dont need to file because my business is not relevant. What should I do?
Hi Engin, thank you for your question regarding Form 720. If you made a mistake on your initial paperwork to apply for the EIN I recommend that you contact the office that issued you the EIN and inform them of your mistake. They might have you complete a brand new form or they might just make of note of this information in their system.
Best of luck,
