FSB Community, how will you recognize your employees/customers this year?
Can you believe it’s almost 2019?
The end of the year is coming up, which means it’s a great time to recognize your employees or your customers for their loyalty over the year.
Let the FSB Community know how will you recognize their efforts this year here!
5 RepliesFor customers we’ve upped our referral incentive for this time of year. We also send out swag, personal thank you notes, and gift cards to show appreciation to our long-time customers and those that refer business to us.
Our company’s culture committee is planning to get a holiday gift for all of our employees as a thank you. We’ll also be catering in lunch for a holiday celebration during a work day in December.
5 RepliesI will recognize my employees this year by buying them lunch. Being a small company resources are more limited, but, they seem to enjoy and appreciate the gesture. I make sure to thank them for their efforts as frequently as possible so they know they and their work are important and appreciated.
5 RepliesAmazing question!
We do have gift cards for our employees as we are remote team on 4 continents – its the best option /plus no gift exchange/return, lol/
As for customers delightful discounts are also in order – we’ve just outline our newest StartUp package and we’ll discount Strategic Change Guide package as well!
That’s a plan for now) Look forward to read more what other companies offer!
5 RepliesWe are a company in the Banking sector and we do not have access to provide Digital Gift Cards to our employees, however, as a primary option to celebrate the arrival of the new year, we would deliver physical Gift Cards to all our employees in order to thank them for everything they have done. made for our company to grow day after day.
This year has been very difficult challenges, we were able to implement new strategies that will help us to understand ideas and to better manipulate solutions.
5 RepliesIt’s so interesting to have a business like mine where we get to see what companies all over the US (and some in Canada, England and more) are purchasing for employees and clients.
Trends we have seen this season:
Tech Giveaways rule.
Yet, some of our tech clients are purchasing non-tech items like thermal drinkware and travel mugs.
Passport wallets and travel chargers as well as luggage being purchased by clients with big and small budgets. We’ve seen a trend this year away from chocolates to healthier food gifts like yummy nuts and popcorn. Wine accessories also very popular for customer gifts.
And what am I doing for my team? Shhh. It’s a secret!
