I have a question regarding our power tool isle…..
Is it best to display like items together or brand items together
all saw or nailers items together to give the customer the ability to compare brands and prices or all dewalt items together and/or mikita items together for the customers that are dedicated to that brand…..
In regular stock aisles, I tend to prefer stocking like items together for shoppers to compare similar items’ features, price, and so on. Then use your end caps or specialty displays to feature rotating brand groupings, new brand collection releases, etc. The brand shoppers will seek out a particular brand wherever it is, but usually someone is coming in for a type of tool, not a particular make or model. So the regular stock format of like items together generally works best for most shoppers. I hope this helps you with your setup! Good luck, Krista
