In the accounts receivable it shows a payment and a paid entry, only on some entries.
I enter $500 for invoice 1022
It will show
-$500 payment Closed
This happens on a few not all.
Can you explain?
Hey Bob! I’m not quite sure where exactly you see this in QuickBooks. However, when you enter a payment from a customer, QuickBooks will post a debit to Cash and a Credit to the Accounts Receivable account.
