Hi Celine,
I checked out the link you provided and for what your site is designed to do, it’s not bad. You could rework the copy on your locale pages, it’s a bit small and there’s a lot of it — but the site is clean, quick to navigate to locale pages, and gets the furniture savings message across pretty quickly. I’m guessing that’s your intention?
It’s a good idea to do a deep-dive into the effectiveness of certain pages before you do any type of site redesign. For that, you need to check your overall site and page-specific performance on Google Analytics. If this isn’t something you already do with an online marketing team, you can find freelancers on Fiverr.com to help — and to make design recommendations based on your Analytics findings. You can even A/B test different redesigns on landing pages to see which are more engaging and drive conversions before you adopt a new design sitewide. The Fiverr web design and analytics pros can help you there, too.
That’s the way I go about site redesigns. I hope this helps, good luck.
Cheers!
Krista
