I’m Loretta, I’m new to Investing and was just reading all of this information from freezing cold Michigan. My initial response to “asking you a question” is, will you help me? I’m in an investment course, and I’m all in to jump in, but I feel like I’m spinning my wheels backwards.
Thanks for your question. I don’t envy your Michigan weather, hopefully it warms up soon. I think it’s great that you’re being proactive and taking an investment course. Just a word of caution: Be mindful of classes trying to sell you investment secrets, audiobooks or guarantee your future real estate investment income. I would see if you can find a mentor, someone already in the business or even just join a meetup group full of real estate investors or work with an experienced real estate agent who has experience investing or working closely with investors. To get started you will need a business plan, decide if you’re going to buy properties and rent and hold them, fix and flip properties or a combination of both. Then you will need a lender to work with so you can finance the properties. Here are a few articles to get you started and feel free to email me if you have more questions: email@example.com
Best of luck,
