when i started the trial it told me to connect to my facebook page, i did this and it created a total different facebook page awa y from my business fb page. now everytime i try to sign into my business fb it goes to this other fb page in my name.
I have been in touch with shopify they don’t know anything and facebook is impossible to get any help from as there is no contact when i did send a message it thanked me for my feedback.
I’m at my wits end as I’m trying to start this business if you have any tips i would be most grateful
First, I’d disconnect Shopify from Facebook and try to connect it to the right page. If that doesn’t work, I’ve found it easier to just start a new trial when things go wacky and customer service has no explanation. I haven’t encountered the issue you’re seeing, so I don’t have an exact fix, or even know if there is one to be had. See if disconnecting and reconnecting the page in Shopify works first. If now, do another trial account and see if that connects correctly. Good luck!
