Each time I sign up and subscribe to a 100 contact plan. I use them all without getting a response. Even my account gets disabled. I really wonder what causes it. Because I’ve come to conclude they’re just a scam company. But I would like to know if I’m doing something wrong. From your article I can say the only thing I do wrong is putting up the salary in my message.
Your situation sounds frustrating. We use Indeed ourselves for most all our hiring, and can confirm that they’re a great company. Do you have a job posting on Indeed, or are you simply using Indeed to contact people you haven’t met? Email response rates are typically low, with only about 20% or less of people opening an email from someone they don’t know (see stats below). What is it you’re trying to accomplish on Indeed? Are you looking to hire a full time worker? You might consider a job posting, and make it compelling. Or if all else fails, consider a freelancer, posting on another job site (see below) or maybe work with an HR staffing agency to find the employees you need. Best of luck to you. I’ve attached articles that may help. Laura, HR
