there are lots of small business do not cost time to do performance assessment as they think it is a time-consuming,high cost thing and the crew dont like engaging in.I just want to know how can we courage them to do those things.Thank you so much.That woulb be great if i can get your reply.
Great question. I think employees who don’t like to do performance assessments, don’t understand how it helps them and their company. If done well, it’s an investment in the company and can help them be happier on the job too. (If it’s done poorly, it can backfire).
