How do i change the email address in quickbooks that sends my invoices?
When we send out invoices from quick books it uses a default intuit email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Is there a way to change this. My customers are not getting there invoices because there system is blocking the intuit email.
For general changes follow this. (But if you haven’t linked any email addresses that is a different issue entirely)
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences and select Send Forms.
2. Under My Preferences tab, tick the Web mail radio button and click Add.
3. Fill out the Add Email Info screen and click OK.
4. Click OK to save the Preference.
