How do I file a complaint with RESPA???
First mortgage changed payment service company, new company (Loan Care) applied my payment were applied to wrong account. They reported to credit agencies and my HELOC was placed on hold and my credit card sent me an email that my score was lowered. Is this something the RESPA could help me recover and repair the damage that this caused. Don Smith
