I have always used QuickBooks desktop, mostly, for about 15 years. However, this has me stumped. I can send the messages and we get the email notifications, but we can’t find any place in which we can see the messages. It said to look at the dashboard, but that was to no avail. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or advice.

Hi Dani, my apologies but I’m not quite sure what type of messages you are referring to. Can you provide me with more details on the type of messages you are referring to? Also, you started out by mentioning QuickBooks Desktop but then I also see that you mentioned QuickBooks Online. Please confirm which version of QuickBooks you are referring to so that I am clear.
