How do you calculate you offer to the customer if you are now a lessor or resell

I have found your rental loan guide useful. I am from Africa Botswana and representing a reseller of machines. The market is small as compared to the Africa office in South Africa and now want to consider rental as most SME’s with contracts cannot buy machines. How do I go about my pricing considering the customers might not buy the machines at the end and it will remain with me.

I am considering convincing them to send me stock on rental to buy terms. Any tips? Any sample proposal for this kind of sample business plan that I can buy with all the formulas and calculations or spreadsheets
