I Have a small business in expansion, a good project, a Brand positioned, and I need to fundraising capital for make my business grow, and developing new line of products.
I’m not good for asking money for me or my company, I tried to find brokers doing this job for me, but all i found are mortgages brokers.
How to find correct brokers with qualified investors
Finding a good broker to do this work for you can be difficult. There’s not enough information available to determine if most are legit or not. I would encourage you to find one that is only wanting you to pay them if they are successful, and before you sign anything make sure your attorney has read through the contract and given you a breakdown of what you’re agreeing to before you sign on the dotted line. You don’t want to pay someone to just ship a note of interest to a bunch of firms they don’t have a connection with.
Make sure any potential broker gives you a list of past clients and see if you can speak with one before you agree to move forward. This will give you a good idea of how legit they are as a firm and what the process might look like. We don’t recommend any of these types of brokers currently though. Good luck in your search!
