Is it in your marketing budget to hire a SEO specialist?
Also, you could start a regular blog using keywords and long tail key phrases your target market customer would be online searching for. For packaging materials, think of how someone would search the web for your products/services, and have a regular blog that gives great information, using those keywords/phrases.
I see you have a lead popup box also, offering a discount. That is good. When someone signs up, do you have an email marketing strategy? You don’t always have to have a call to action for everything you put out there, but do give quality information that is focused on problem solving.
Your online marketing strategy should be multi-pronged, however, utilizing website, social media, possibly a multi-tiered direct mailing campaign, and direct outreach.

Thanks for reaching out with your question. It’s hard to say without knowing what you’re currently doing in terms of marketing outreach and advertising efforts, but I’ll try to give some advice…
Like Melanie replied, SEO (search engine optimization) is key in getting your website to rank highly in search, such as Google. Hiring an SEO team can quickly get expensive, and it’s a long-term strategy, so it is often difficult for small businesses to pay for when they typically don’t see results for a at least 2 – 3 month (many times even longer). Instead, if you have the time you can do your own SEO. In short, its ensuring your site includes keywords (think of this as those words people use to search for your type of services in Google, could be “custom packaging” or “order custom boxes online”). Using these keywords throughout your site indicates to Google that your site is a good search result for those using those keywords in their search terms. If your site is built on WordPress CMS there are a number of SEO plugins that can help you do this, but I would also recommend using YouTube as a resource as there are tons of videos created by marketing pros on how to improve your SEO.
Another big thing that comes to mind is listing your business on directories such as Alibaba and Aliexpress. If you’re not already listed on there, I believe they’re both free to create an account and list your products. They both serve as a directory where businesses go to find vendors, including custom packaging.
Another thing I’d recommend is creating a Google My Business account. This essentially serves as a business directory by Google, and it makes it so that your business shows up when someone searches for it. It also helps Google recognize your business, so it can help with search in general. Here’s a guide on Google My Business, which will help you learn more and set up an account.
As for paid options to increase sales you could try Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords) or Bing Ads. They’re PPC (pay per click) ads that display in Google/Bing search results. They’re good for businesses that don’t rank on the first page for their keywords, but it can get expensive. Still, since you only pay when someone actually clicks on your ad (and thus goes to your website), its a good way to sort of pay for advertising only when its actually being effective (compared to, say, an old fashion newspaper ad that just displays to every reading the paper–regardless of whether or not they’re actually interested in your product/service).
As a general marketing note, I’d push your eco-packaging and no setup fee more. By that I mean it sounds like they’re good selling points that not all of your competitors can boast. This sets your business apart and eco-packaging would draw a lot of people in. So, you could highlight it better on your site and use it in marketing copy (for example, if you made a Google Ad, use that its eco-friendly in the headline or description of your ad). Here’s an ultimate guide on PPC advertising. It will further explain PPC advertising, how it works, what it costs, and how to setup a campaign if you’re interested.
Anyways, thanks again for your question and I hope this helps!

Do you currently have Google Analytics on your site?
– You need to be able to see how much traffic you have to the site, where they are coming from (sources), and their journey through the site
– You can use this data to utilize remarketing advertising to show potential customers your product if they’ve already been on your site
Have you done any work to improve your SEO?
– Check out website.grader.com to see what your current weaknesses are for the site. Focus on improving your readability and meta descriptions so that your audience can find you and go through the customer journey when there
– Have you done any keyword research to make sure you understand what your target market will search for when they go to Google or another search engine?
– Do you have meta descriptions on your images so they can also show up in Google images when potential customers search for their needs?
Have you done any type of digital advertising to get them to your site?
– You should have a mix of organic and paid efforts that send potential customers to your site.
– How are people currently getting to your site? Social? Direct? Paid? Search?
Remove any friction
– How easy is it for people to go through the buy process on your website? If you add too many steps and make it have too much “friction” you could lose potential sales.

No website is an island. I would say you key areas of focus need to be to:
1. Create valuable content that people actually want to read and learn about.
2. Keep an eye on the data using Google Analytics. It’s free and powerful!!
3. Update your website based on research data using fundamental SEO best practices.

You should analyze what your competitors do and do not do, as it can help identify points for the market niche you are looking to develop. you must be clear about what the public wants and what you can offer to improve the reach of your brand, you can make a list of ideas to create deep content to meet your audience and thus increase it.
Once the content is created, the social network channels are enabled by publishing periodically and participating directly in debates and contributing interesting content. Little by little, a relationship of trust is created with the audience and that process in terms of time is relative to the audience and the quality of the content, but generally the capture of leads is slow at first but if the content is constant and quality improves constantly the visits will increase a lot, of course a capital injection in a Facebook Ads campaign, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, instagram campaigns will boost your visits should be noted that you should never do this without having before a basis of quality content.
