  Write a business plan, include financial projections, you’ll need to put some of your own money in, and take your plan to lenders and investors.

  That’s the simplified answer, but the business plan with solid financials, your ability to run such a venture, your current personal financial statement, and your own investment will be critical to any investors or lenders.
