You just need to remove yourself as an (or the) administrator for the Facebook page. To do this, you need to have another user’s profile to assign as the administrator. You can use your partner’s profile or a create a third profile that’s not either of your personal profiles to act as the admin profile account. Once you have the other account assigned as an admin, you can remove yours from the admin or contributor list. Now, you can still like your business page so you can receive and share posts in your private profile if you wish, but you’re not in control of the page anymore. If you post to the business page from your profile, it won’t be in the main feed but listed as a “post from others.” Hope this helps, good luck!
Cheers,

I’d be very careful creating another account to be the owner of your page. Facebook still cracks down on the whole fake account/name issue, so if your new account gets flagged, you could possibly lose access to your page forever!
There’s not really a way that you can manage a business page without having a personal account. What I can recommend is using Facebook Business Manager, it’s a free tool, but again you need a personal account to use it. However, once it’s set up you can then manage everything related to your business page (ad account, Pixel, etc.) with it. You can even assign advertiser and agency roles as well.
