How do I price inventory tracking monthly and charge my customer for my time?
This should be an extension of your service and you can base your fee on your average hourly costs (plus markup) for any workers that handle this task, plus any software that you have to purchase and maintain to get the job done. I don’t think there’s a standard fee for this, you just need to work out your costs of maintaining the counts, checking numbers, and updating and running reports. You can base fees on actual or average time, add a per-SKU fee, or a flat rate, whichever is best for you and your client to understand and track. Hope this helps, good luck!
