I am trying to run accounts receivable in Quickbooks.
We are an HOA and use quickbooks to invoice and track monthly dues payments. some of our homeowners pay ahead and have credit balances. The AR report includes the credit balances which renders it useless. The report eliminates zero balances but not credit balances. How can I view the homeowners with a positive balance only?
