I am using Quickbooks Pro 2015 and will have to upgrade by the end of May 2018.
I have been told that Premier offers more than the 14,500 item cap that Pro has. Is this true?
My item count today is 14,272. If Premier won’t offer more item numbers, is there anything I can do, or do I need to upgrade to Enterprise? We are a small business, under 20 employees, but carry lots of inventory items.
Hi Nancy! Unfortunately QuickBooks Premier can handle a maximum of 14,500 items, like Pro. It sounds like you might need to upgrade to QuickBooks Enterprise which can hold up to 1,000,000 items which of course is more than enough for your business.
