The Fair Labor Standards act requires that employers pay you for all days worked. However, there’s no requirement for employers to pay for holiday time off. If you work on a holiday, you should be paid your regular pay rate. It’s up to an employer’s discretion to offer a vacation or holiday policy. No law requires them to do so.
