I would like to have an active real estate license in FL; I moved from CO.
I have my Real Estate License in Colorado, I would like to be active in Florida, as I have moved here. What do I need to do, take another state exam?
Thank you for your question. Right now Florida does not have reciprocity and portability with Colorado but getting a real estate license in Florida is rather easy compared to other states. You only need a total of 63 classroom hours of commission-approved pre-licensing courses. For more information, check out our article How to Become a Real Estate Agent in Florida
