Hi ,
I am from Bangalore, India. Planning to start a small restaurant of kind Crispy Chicken of my own brand (Since I don’t want go for franchise, it is costly). I don’t have any experience, but a small period of (11 Months) time in different business background.
Location: Since Location is very important factor in Restaurant business, I have selected food court, which has 6 more non veg counter with different varieties. Food court has children play station with in the food court and place surrounded with Apartments.
Would you please suggest if this is the right choice of place, me to start my first business?
Thanks in Advance Shivaji.
Hello Shivaji,
We can’t advise on specifics because we don’t have any local market knowledge. However, it does sound like you’ve done some homework. If it were me, I’d see how the other vendors are faring in that location and make sure your product complements the current offering and is not a direct competitor with an existing location, which could make it a struggle to launch and be profitable. Good luck!
Cheers,
Krista
