If you’re paying a radio host / radio personality to promote your product during their talk radio show, do you have the right to use that ad in social media or other marketing channels or is it up to the people who represent the talent?
Most radio stations will provide a sponsorship or advertising contract that covers your rights to the ad for use in other channels.
You should review that contract (with the help of an attorney if possible).
