If im going into a contract with a corp. Do i need to give my EIN to an accountant corp. in oder for my corp. To get pay?
Yes, you do need to provide your EIN to the accountant. They will most likely issue a 1099 to you if they have paid you $600 or more within the calendar year. I suggest you submit a W9 form which will include everything that they will need. Here is the link to the form:https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.
