I have a small Landscaping company. the system will need to be able to be linked to the accountant, my boss and myself in order to do on the spot invoicing, receiving payments. I will also need to be able to do payroll, pay bills, and all the accounting. Also manage venders and customers year round. Could I please have more information on the fees to run this program.
Right now the program I have been running for the last 13+ years has been Peachtree/ Sage 50. I am not happy with all of the hidden fees.
Is there fees for CC processing, and does it vary on how much has been processed for the month?
What are the fees for having users be able to log in from anywhere?
I’m going to need at least 4 users. Also in having users can they log in from anywhere?

You have some great questions! Based on the information that you have provided, I think QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus would be great for you. It will allow you to set up multiple users who can log in from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. QuickBooks Online Essentials is $30/month and QuickBooks Online Plus is $40/month.
