I am wanting to import an ecxel spreadsheet from our CRM Advyzon program that we do our billing but still need to download it into QB. I have been told you have to use an IIF program. Not sure I am explaining this correctly but just want to find out if this is a possiblity.
You can definitely import CRM info into both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. We have a couple of video tutorials that cover this in detail for QBO and I have provided the links below. However, if you are using Desktop, follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to your Customer Center (or Vendor Center), depending on the type of contact info you would like to import.
2. Click on the Excel icon located at the top of the page.
3. Click on Import data from Excel and follow the on-screen instructions.
