Incorrect dates downloaded
Hi followed your steps above and had all the correct dates on my CSV file from December 2017 – March 2019, but it downloaded with incorrect dates one date is in 2001. I see I can’t edit the date on the actual item when accepting it. Do I have to not accept and re input with correct date as single item?
I’m sorry to hear that your import did not go as planned. Since you imported transactions for multiple years, I would not accept those transactions. Instead, I recommend that you redo the import. Keep in mind that you have free tech support with your QBO subscription. This means that they will walk you through the process to make sure everything imports correctly. I recommend that you contact support, tell them what happened and see what their recommended course of action is.
On the other hand, if you think it will be faster to just correct the dates then yes, you will have to accept the transaction first and then it should allow you to edit any fields that you need to.
