Is grasshopper unlimited outgoing calling?

Hi Dana,

Thank you for your question. All Grasshopper plans include unlimited incoming and outgoing calls with the exception of international calls. International and off-shore calls are billed at per minute rates based on location. For more information, click here

As far as I was aware of – it is unlimited.
