Is it possible to upgrade on account to add more users?
We have one account ($360) held in one person’s name and we keep need to requesting a code from her to log on. I was told that this is because only a maximum of 3 people /browsers are allowed to access it. So, a second account was opened for me (another $360). Well that does me no good because I can’t access the surveys I need (which are on the first account). So, I’m wondering if we can upgrade the no. of people/browsers allowed to use the first account? Suggestions? Thank you, Bonnie
Thank you for your question. We are not a part of SurveyMonkey so we don’t have information on your billing situation but SurveyMonkey does offer plans that allow for more than 3 team members. The packages are Team Advantage, Team Premier, and Enterprise. The Team Advantage and Team Premier plans require a minimum of 3 users. When billed annually, Team Advantage is $28 per user per month and Team Premier is $89 per user per month. For Enterprise rates and the number of users required, you must contact SurveyMonkey directly.
There is only one primary administrator for the team unless you choose the Enterprise plan. With the Enterprise plan, the primary administrator can change other users to administrators and give them similar administrative permissions (there are a few restrictions).
