Take a look at Mailchimp https://mailchimp.com
They provide Marketing Email templates for you to plug in your content and blast to your prospects. It’s free and easy to use.
You can also look into using Hubspot.com which is a very good tool for nurturing prospective leads and learning the behaviors of your potential customers. This route is your best option but is somewhat costly but is worth it in the long run.
I use both on a daily basis for Newsletter blasts, educating current and prospective customers on companies services, launching new products, etc.2 Replies

You have some options as to how you can go about building and managing your newsletter. The first question is whether are you looking to outsource or do it in-house.
If you’re not sure which, consider the following:
1. Do you have an existing email/contact list and a bit of time? If so, in-house might be good for you as there are a number great platforms that make it easy to build and manage newsletter, such as MailChimp like Paul mentioned.
2. If you need to build a contact list and have no time, then you’ll probably want to hire a marketing agency or a digital marketing freelancer.
Programs such as MailChimp and Zoho (both have free options) that let you import your email lists, design professional-looking newsletters using their easy-to-customize templates, schedule a day/time when the newsletter should be sent, and a ton of other features. These email marketing platforms aren’t the only digital marketing tools out there. There are also ones that help you attract and collect leads/contact info, book appointments directly through your newsletter, etc… Here’s an article that highlights the 15 best digital marketing tools, which can help you build and manage your newsletters better.
If you don’t have the time or interest in managing newsletters in-house, there are loads of marketing agencies and freelancers who can do it on your behalf. Freelancers will be your more affordable option and you can find them on sites like Upwork and Fiverr. Both sites let you search for the type of work you’re looking for and include reviews of each individual freelancer.
Hope this helps!
