Thank you for your question. Buying land for mobile homes can be a very good investment, but there are some things that you’ll need to consider. Based on local requirements, you’ll probably need to put in utilities to accommodate mobile homes. Two of your biggest challenges will be getting water taps (unless there is already local water service to the property) and septic or sewer hook-ups for each mobile home (again – this will be easier if there are already sewer lines at the property).
