Hi Jackie, there are two types of LLCs. One is a single-member LLC which has one owner and is required to file Schedule C along with Form 1040. The 2nd type of LLC is called a multi-member LLC and that means that you have more than 1 owner. For this type of LLC, you must file Form 1065 which is the tax return for partnerships.
