We have a product thats a topical astringent, needs FDA approval and retails under 5 dollars.
Does anyone have any advice on where to go to get some solid quotes / have information themselves on insurance for this?
Thanks and best,
A commercial insurance broker is going to know more about this than a regular broker, plus it’s a good idea to tap a product liability attorney to ensure you’re as protected as possible. There are attorneys and insurance companies that specialize in Amazon third-party seller product liability since that’s required of Amazon, so if you Google “Amazon product liability insurance” or “Amazon product liability attorney,” you’ll find some contacts to start with — even if you don’t sell on Amazon, they can help you. Hope this helps, good luck!
