Max contacts reached query
I received the below line and have only just joined ClickFunnels:
“You have reached the maximum number of Contacts that your plan supports for Clickmail. Please upgrade plans. Or choose an alternative SMTP provider Go to your integrations.”
Can you explain what this means?
This is what the ClickFunnels says:
“Once you reach your contact limit, you will not be able to create or send any campaigns until you upgrade your account.
If you are using the API to add contacts to your account, then you can exceed your limit by 10% before you are no longer able to create or send campaigns.”
If you’re not going to use the API, then they likely want you to upgrade your account to increase the limit.
