Mine is a small business presently with 2 employees. One is working for 10 years with me, now he has become mannerless and argues alot. He doesn’t respect me also.
Can’t afford to lose him as my business depends very much on him. Also he do a part time work which earns him good. Hired another guy, but he fought with him, and new guy had left.
Can’t understand how to deal with him.
