I’m a new Amazon FBA member (haven’t setup any product yet) and I here all these horror stories how Amazon cancels a seller without warning. I’m concerned that once you get canceled you have no recourse and are canceled forever. I’m interested in in how true this is and if Amazon is more reasonable than I have read. Thanks, Bill T. This is a problem and many times it’s without reason or explanation. Sellers that rely on Amazon actually use services like SellerEngine that help them resolve suspension issues and prevent them from happening in the first place.
It doesn’t happen to every seller, but the horror stories are real and it can be difficult to remedy. I don’t want to scare you away from Amazon, but it’s a reality of working with them, so have a plan in case it happens to you.
