Multiple Accounts showing up
I am no QB pro, in fact I am very limited with knowledge .
A CPA looked at our account and is saying we have 2 accounts set up even though we only have 1.
How do I change this?
I have a lot of other things to “fix” according to the CPA. Uncatorigized fund?
I had entered journal entries (which now I know NOT to do) he is saying they are all still there even though I deleted them. HELP

I find it very interesting that a CPA reviewed your data, provided you with what needs to be fixed but didn’t offer any guidance, wow. At any rate, it is going to be difficult for me to diagnosis what is causing your issues without looking at your QuickBooks data.
My recommendation is that you hire a QuickBooks expert to review your data and show you how to fix it. There are several ways you can locate a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
