We are a Recruitment & Personnel agency in Ireland with temporary staff on client sites. We have a clunky online time-sheet system that needs to be redeveloped but I am wonder if there’s a relatively cheap multi project online system with time-sheet authorization and payroll integration ?
Any advice much appreciated.

You’ve come to the right place. We like Gusto for its payroll processing and it provides integration with a free online timekeeping system too – Homebase.

Or you could start from the payroll side, and choose one that integrates with a time clock system. I’m linking the articles here because I’m not aware of your specific needs. Most of the tools we review are affordable. Some are free. I recommend you contact 2-3 of the best vendors based on these comparisons and get some quotes!
You could also consider working with a PEO that could manage the complexity of timekeeping and payroll for you. The articles below describe what a PEO is, and which ones are best for small business.
