I saw your article. Very informative. We are in the process of finalizing terms on small warehouse space (2,500) to house our in-house packing an shipping operations of an start-up ecommerce business. We will be leasing space from an equity partner who is also the supplier of the goods. So we won’t need a lot of storage space – the bulk of the inventory will be in the warehouse that we will be leasing the space from. Effectively transferring goods from the supplier to us in the same warehouse when needed/sold.
We need help in the layout of our space (within the warehouse space). Or products are mostly packaged foods.
Do you know of anyone that can advise and provide quick plans. We are in Brooklyn but I assume that we can do this remotely.
Many Thanks – Scott
