We have no loans just monthly electric bills etc. do i still need a 413 form
also do I need to file on the home association tax return ?
I assume you’re asking about filling out the SBA Form 413 for an SBA loan? If that’s correct, then the answer is yes. You need to fill out Form 413. This is a form all about your personal financial history, and even if you have nothing bad to report, this form is required by all applicants. The form is going to show all the money you have coming in, as well as your liabilities. That’s why it’s important to make sure you fill it out correctly, because the lender and SBA will be able to quickly see your ability to repay the loan by looking at this form.
If that’s not what you’re referring to then we will need more information to help better answer your question. As for your home association on your tax return, I need more information. Are you asking if you need to provide tax returns of a home association you own? Or are you asking if you need to include the home association as a liability? The answer would be yes to both questions, but please provide more information so that we can help you!
