Can SBA Loan programs apply to a non-profit organization that owns a office building?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your question.
My understanding is that nonprofit organizations ARE eligible for SBA loans. However, in order to qualify for a loan you’ll need to meet the same requirements as any for-profit business. This includes providing collateral and demonstrating an ability to repay your loan through annual revenue.
