Hi Arorah, sounds like a fun and helpful business! For a business where potential customers may be unsure of the type of service or product provided, it’s a wise-strategy to use social proof. This is where potential customers will look to others to make their own decisions.
Are you able to have at least one “soft” opening therapy sessions to friends, family, and peers? Use the soft opening to get photos and videos of happy customers. Add those photos and videos to your website, social media, and marketing materials. Additionally, get as many testimonials as possible. You may want to encourage the soft opening customers to leave online reviews on Google My Business (https://www.google.com/business/) and/or another online directory popular for your industry.
One free resource many business owners don’t know about is the free small business marketing package from Google (https://marketingkit.withgoogle.com). Take advantage of it!
