How do I find a realtor agent who is committed to finding flip properties that have good potential to flip?
Hi Eric: Great question. You definitely need to work with the right Realtor who understands the house flipping business. I have a few suggestions, join some local real estate investment groups, network and ask other investors what real estate agents they use and if they’re happy with them. Title companies, hard money lenders, and contractors can also be great referral sources. Try calling your local real estate brokerage and asking if they have any agents who specialize in investment properties, and then ask them some qualifying questions, such as if they work with fix and flippers, what areas they cover, if they do this full time, have experience investing etc. If you can’t find any Realtors you’re happy with, you could always get a real estate license yourself. Most states now offer online licensing courses.
All the best,
