I have a payroll direct deposit going to two different accounts. When it comes thru from the bank it picks a different name. I can change the name but can’t get it to clear the correct DD. Can’t you tell me the steps to do this. I got help but can’t remember how I did it.

In order to respond to your query, we’d need to know are you the employer, or the employee? If you’re the employer, we’d need to know what software you’re using, and what bank you’re depositing to (every software has different procedures, as do most banks). However, if you’re the employee, then most likely you need to talk to your employer, and find out what software they’re using. Please provide more information so we can assist.
