People being able to access links on our sent emails
If we would like to send an emailer to specific people and then they forward it to someone else, would the others be able to access the link too, in the body of the email?
Thank you for your question. According to PandaDoc’s support site, you can share documents via unique recipient links. Recipients are identified through their unique links and those links are only for those intended recipients and not for the party in which the link is forwarded. PandaDoc does offer document and signature forwarding, though, which when enabled allows your recipients to forward the document to another person. Document forwarding when enabled allows your recipients to forward the document to another person to review the document. Signature forwarding allows your recipients to forward the document to another person for signing. For more information or to contact PandaDoc directly, click here
